I picked up a copy of Phil Steele's College Football Preview and scanned through it to get some familiarity on teams and I think I've settled on the teams I'll start playing with. I really like the Texas A&M combination of Ryan Tannehill and Cyrus Gray, and I also have a soft spot for Nick Foles and Juron Criner in Arizona. nothing more satisfying then fighting so hard to sign that 5 star kid and then land him and watch him lead your team to wins.

Also finding that hidden 3 star who turns out to better then some of your 5 stars. The game is 100X better with online dynasty and a few friends.

Last year's game I recruited a 1 star Receiving TE who ended up as a 69 OVR receiver coming in. He was 6'5 225 lbs, and couldn't block a lick, but damn, he won some games for my North Texas Mean Green. I can't wait for this new game coming out...

And this is the first year I'm living off campus with fast internet. I'd love to play in a league with you jerkoffs if you're game. :)

I hate how EA just randomly assigns players dreads. Tailer Jones and Darius Fleming don't have dreads on ND.

I think they did that because they could(are) get sued for having player likeness in the game. It makes sense to me. Give the player the right #, height and position but change the hair lol

Chris Thompson, RB for FSU has dreads in the game too but IRL he doesn't and never has while at FSU. I'm sure Haumiller knows that cause he's an FSU fan so I believe that was done on purpose.

And that very well could be ea just being stupid but I think it was done on purpose. The only people it should affect are those who play online random games. Once u get a good set of rosters and start your OD or offline dynasty, you'll forget all about it

Why doesn't Dayne Crist have dreads? Or Michael Floyd? Or Ethan Johnson? Or Robert Blanton?

It's bad enough that EA's dreads look like dog shit; keep them off of players that don't have them.
 
If EA was doing it on purpose I doubt they would want to make it that obvious and put dreads on Dayne Crist (does any white player in real life have dreads anyways?)

They gave LaMichael James dreads, I doubt they would've forgotten what he looked like.


But yea complaining over the dreads which will be fixed through rosters is pointless.

Fail. If facing litigation it'd be much smarter for them to place dreads on random players as if they had no idea that Notre Dame's QB #10 was in the likeness of Dayne Crist or WR #3 Floyd.

Who really gives a shit as edited rosters will be available days after release.
