I give him credit for trying to be.....but his demeanor is so, well laid back, he leads more by example on the field......I remember he angrily yanked Bradshaw by the pads last year for fucking up on a play.....it was like he was trying to channel his inner Peyton

Just saw today that Coughlin disbanded that 11 man player council they had in place.....good move because like Eli said, that was a waste of time

And supposedly Jacobs has gotten his head straight.....he said all the right things and admitted he was running too soft out there.....we'll see

Dillard changes number from 49 to 55. He went from 55 to 53 to 49 and now back to 55.

Shaun O'Hara out of practice with the ankle injury.

Michael Johnson out of practice with the back injury.

Chase Blackburn back to practice after his knee injury.

Mario Manningham back to practice after his illness yesterday.

Yeah, doesn't look like Johnson will play (so unless they find another safety to dress, if anything happens to Grant or KP, we're fucked) and O'Hara may not play.

In addition the undying need for a great LBer, they need to pump some new life into that offensive line. We need a wall out there for these backs. Of course, Jacobs dancing at the LOS doesn't help.

Coughlin needs to grab this team by the balls again, and Gilbride needs to let Eli run the offense from the huddle. Notice how much smoother the offense runs when Eli's calling the plays.

the offensive line is the biggest culprit so far. diehl cant block all of a sudden. mckenize getting personal fouls like its his job. everything starts with the line and when thats fucked its just a domino effect. and as many great plays the WR's make they are always dropping balls which is just inexcusable. bradshaw made two bad plays today which were really really bad (fumble and penalty for a safety) but that guy makes things happen when he has the ball, hes the most explosive player on the giants and needs as many touches as he can get. jacobs is good for a decent run or two but other then that its ron dayne's clone and hes always good for a personal foul or two
