[XB1] Official Xbox One Thread

I'm not going to be able to find the posts probably as it was when I was looking at new posts in /r/xboxone

I'm not trolling or trying to hate on the XB1, just letting you guys know.

I am still trying to find one online for purchase, but sites that do come in stock are sold out within 1-3 minutes.

UPDATE 27NOV2013: Per a report over at our friends at iGameResponsibly, Microsoft has given their official statement about these alleged instances of smoking consoles:

“The situation described is not something we’re seeing. If customers are experiencing any issues, they should contact Xbox Support at http://support.xbox.com.”

As always, if there’s no video or official evidence otherwise, always take these claims with a grain of salt. And to clarify, we’re not downplaying the people who reported these issues either; we feel their pain if the events are valid. But if there’s no video evidence and/or the issues cannot be duplicated, always make sure to wait for actual evidence to surface.

I was just passing it along. If two out of 1 million+ report this obviously it is extremely isolated if true (.000002 percent)

I wasn't casting blame, I was just stating there is no video evidence of this and no one has contacted MS about it, so I doubt this is anything more than twigg and handle trying to discredit the far superior console :bettman:

Really enjoying how easy upload studio is and how well it works. Played some Killer Instinct tonite, game sure does bring back some memories from high school when I used to play this on my snes. Heres a clip I uploaded

is it just me or is 2k14 next gen online just really shitty.

compared to the 360 version the xb1 version has been sluggish during the game and takes forever to set up the game

Average CoD match is more than 15 minutes.

Pretty sure you couldn't be more wrong...again. The match timer is TEN MINUTES in I believe EVERY MODE. Just do a search on YouTube for CoD multiplayer gameplay and every video is 10-12 minutes long of entire matches.

So yes, you can get complete matches recorded with PS4, not on XBone.

Was able to get one tonight at Target.

This new controller is awful.

Took about 2 hours to install Forza.

Wife just picked me up one of these from Best Buy. I think both consoles are great so I am happy with either.

Not sure what your talking about. KI is a free to play model but only comes with Jago as playable. You have to purchase the other characters but I did hear if you buy the ultra edition you get the original Killer Instinct that was in the arcades in the mid 90's.

I can't wait to play around with it though. Console looks pretty sweet and the voice commands is an awesome feature.

Not sure what your talking about. KI is a free to play model but only comes with Jago as playable. You have to purchase the other characters but I did hear if you buy the ultra edition you get the original Killer Instinct that was in the arcades in the mid 90's.

Ah ok I had no idea. I'm not one the lucky ones I guess. I'm almost willing to buy the ultra edition just to get the original KI arcade game since it's not available separately.

What Buzz said. They send me an email a while back saying they were going to send me a code that unlocked all the characters. I think a day after launch they sent me the code.

I think it expires by the end of the year so I guess I'll try to sell it because I can't use it.
