Maybe you should get some that proves it then? Because the facts are that Oswald acted alone of his own volition. All the evidence and investigating points to that. There is also no proof that disproves this theory.
No he didn't. Oswald was a complete flake who loved to be the center of attention, loved to run his mouth and be in the public, and loved to be the center of the story. He was always more than willing to step in front of a camera and flap his gums, go on local New Orleans/Dallas radio and talk about Communism etc. Oswald was the last person you would want as your gun man..or even in a conspiracy at all. He was mentally unstable, a depressive, a complete egotistical jerk, and someone who was trying to flee the US months prior to the assassination.Oswald might have been a head case but he was also an ex US Marine and had the kind of background that would make him the perfect accomplice to carry out the assassination.
As for Jack Ruby, he was a known associate of Sam Giancana of the Chicago mafia and the Campisi family of Dallas. The Campisi's were lieutenants of Carlos Marcello of New Orleans, who was very vocal about his desire to have Kennedy killed.
*GASP* Someone wanted the president killed? How many people want Obama dead right now in the US and World Wide? More or less than a million? LOL at being "very vocal" about wanting JFK killed. If they were "smart" enough to have the president killed don't you think they'd be "smart" enough to make sure they didn't bring attention towards themselves by being very vocal about it as a time when the US Federal government was going nuts tapping phone lines and cracking down on the mob? The "logic" of this theory is ridiculously bad.
You mean a strip club owner in Dallas in the 1960's knew people in the mob? What? Perhaps Ruby thought these mobsters might know of some good lawyers? I don't find it odd that Ruby would eat with any of these men on any night...of they were as close as conspiracy whacks like to say they were.Interesting that the day before the assassination, Ruby spent the evening at the Campisi's restaurant in Dallas and they were first people he wanted to see after being arrested for killing Oswald.
Which by the way..Ruby's closest associates deny that Ruby was closely tied to these men. Yes they were acquaintances but reports say Ruby liked more to mention he knew these people for the shock value/name dropping than for the fact that he was "in" with them.
Ruby also had a horrible temper and was also known to run his mouth as well...and if the mob was as close to him as the theory claims....they would have known this and never hired him to hire out the hit.
Also, ask any organized crime expert. The mafia doesn't hire somebody to hire somebody to kill someone. Too many loose ends and too much risk with one person talking. They either do it themselves or hire them directly. So it's entirely illogical and unlikely one of the most prominent crime families in America at the time would have hired a short tempered strip club owner to hire a manic depressive Communist to pull the trigger. It makes no sense. None.
LOL at the mafia getting nervous of Oswald ratting them out. If the mob was so nervous about getting found out why would they have Ruby hire out the hit when Ruby had known close ties to the Dallas PD ? If they were so nervous about Oswald to begin with why sign off on letting him do the hit and then why dispatch Ruby to shoot Oswald in broad day light? Ruby's own reaction to the assassination of JFK disprove this theory. When JFK was shot Ruby was known to be angry, pissed, livid, and sobbing "He killed my president". Not exactly the reaction of a guy who was "in" on it.There is tons of circumstantial evidence that you can add to the above facts but the following hypothesis is hard to disprove entirely....Ruby recruits Oswald at the request of two of the most powerful mobsters in the country, Oswald carries out the assassination and when he is caught and declares that he is "just a patsy", the mafia gets nervous of him ratting them out and dispatches Ruby to tie up that loose end since he recruited him.
