Based solely on kickoffs (when I noticed the difference in game speed originally), I still say it's on slow. I did hear that online franchise games are on normal, so that may be why there's some confusion.

It's ridiculous that I bitch about the settings but can't tell the difference between the two.

LOL im the same way. one game it feels slow as hell and the next it feels normal. i still think its on slow tho. when it was on normal i had no problem getting user picks. now, even if im in position, im getting delayed button response and the ball is sailing right by my guy before he even attempts to swat or go for the int

The button responsiveness in this game has me really frustrated. Even on normal I was having the same problems you're having. I guess that's just one of those things that wont ever be perfect.


Kickoffs are the only time I notice the difference as well Mobb. Probably because Ginn hasn't taken one back since they changed it to "slow". Maybe that's why guys bitched that "slow" was more realistic because guys like Ted Ginn were returning 1 maybe 2 TDs a game.

yea im resulting to just trying to jump in front of the receiver because going for the swat or pick is pointless unless the ball is thrown downfield and i can actually have time to time it

I haven't played online in a week (been trying to get an offline franchise going) so I have no idea how it was affected. But it seems like to me that nobody can honestly tell the difference either way. If that's the case, doesn't it seem silly to make an issue out of this? Between creating polls and threads where posters are ready to lodge their game disk into Ian's forehead, to me this is a little ridiculous.

OF is most definitely on normal. I just played my TGT game and it was soooooooooo much better than the slop we're forced to play with on unranked games.

Thats what I thought too. Killgod and I's TGT game last night was great! I wonder why they would leave OF alone yet fuck with the regular online games. I wish they would change it back.
