Throwing your helmet is a way more pussy move than side stepping a dude and making tripping him up like Porcello did. It was actually quite hilarious. Youk did indeed get owned.

game ended without incident, Kinsler got up pissed however.

Kinsler homered in his first at bat in the game, first at bat in 15 days,,,,and he sprinted around the bases, he usually does, he husltes, but the announcers said something about it even, Maybe it didnt sit well,,,maybe its coindence,,,usually guys only get pissed when players cadilac it,,,,I don't know what feed I was watching. Don;t know if it was coincidence or not. He then got hit in the bottom of the 8th I think.

Like I said, could be all speculation, could be all coincidence, just some observations.

Yeah, the announcers even commented on the way he sprinted around the bases, but I already knew the guy did that, he is a hustler, so I didn;t think it was out of the ordinary until they said something, so later when he get hit I was thinking maybe it rubbed them the wrong way, but usually that happens only when a guy cadilacs it.

The stolen bases could have had something to do with it also.

Read a news article today, forget from where, saying Youk could learn alot from Kinsler next time by not getting suspended 5 games and keeping your cool and let the game play itself out. Thought it was a good read.

Get serious though. When Miggy got hit, it wasn't intentional. Youk's was.

Oh yeah, Porcello took down Youk, but Youk took Porcello out of the game. Porcello could've pitched a shut out, but since it was so early, caused the bullpen to get burnt out. Real smart game plan there.


Still don't see how you can call it a fight though. More like a hot head throwing his helmet, and a smart ass pitcher dodging and tripping the hot head.

Youk got over-zealous and ended up on his ass. I guess you could say Porcello got owned in the sense that he was the one booted (they both prob should've been) but its not nearly as funny as the side step and trip Porcello pulled on Youk.

What i dont understand is Porcello only hit Youk and there was never an warning issued, yet Santana beamed 2 guys even after the 1st warning and wasnt booted and it was the same god dman umpire.

So when it comes down to it. Porcello was only thrown out because Youk charged the mound, if he doesnt a warning is probaly issued. So basically if you get hit with this umpire, just charge the mound and get the pitcher thrown out.
