Yeah 3D tv. It is a 2 br 2 bath Townhouse. My girl and I are saving as much money as possible to by a new house in 2012. I bought this from racquetball money.

1 good thing about a TH is no maintenance. I dont have to waste time, shoveling, mowing, trimming, sweeping or anything....free time FTW!


edit...looking to buy the small Polk TL1 speakers to fit on the tv stand. Those speakers dont fit anymore but they thump the place.
 
Nice. I love townhouses with the fireplace in the basement like that.

FYI, townhouses in New York and other states are obviously completely different. It sounds like they are treated like condos here in MD. You pay a condo fee and they take care of all the maintenance. In MD that isn't the case with townhouses. Most area you pay a homeowners association just like in any community, but all that usually covers is trash and snow removal from the streets. You still have to cut your own grass, shoevel your owns walkways, etc.

What size is the tv again?
 
The stone/tile fireplace is terrible. Its what I do for a living so I have to comment. :yep:

Kinda odd that somebody posted about my dad's ashes in the picture and me having to relay the information that he's dead. The cat that is in the picture is also dead as of 3 weeks ago :(

I guess this thread is a bad omen. Don't allow family members or pets in your pictures.

Moving to into a nice ass house in a couple months, I will for sure make sure my set-up is bangin'. Probably going to cater it more to home-theatre type deal, then gaming.

yard work sucks! paying to have it done is much better. I have a set of Polks in my car and they are awesome. I bought my first set of polks about 10 years ago and only buy there speakers now. they are the best. i wish they made a set for the PC...which they might have out by now but i still have my logitech set thats 5 years old
