You get a 100 cases for around $65, I heard they got moved to a new place so if you order you wont get it until September. I need around 50 more cases my self, if you don't need all 100 we could do a deal.

And the inserts are on this site you print them right off the computer.

What kind of printer do you have I have a hard time making the cover actually fit into the case, same with DVDs and blu rays.
