How much of a change from the first Dawn of War was it? I actually really enjoyed the first, and if its close, I might get the second, though my RTS backlog is through the roof, and the new Rome Total War is out this year.

It has been many years since I played the first DoW but they are different. A lot of the fighting mechanics are the same but there is no base building/resource management at all. You pick four squads prior to starting each mission and that is your team, you level them up and acquire wargear for them in each mission over the course of the game. It's a very good game, just not the typical RTS game. It has more in common with Diablo than it does Starcraft.

After beating the Hyperion Slaughter Dome, I finally finished all the Story and Side Missions for PT1 with Axton.

The turret did all the work but I got the "Did It All" trophy just the same.

Finally beat RE6 on co-op with Twigg.

Leon's campaign was the best in terms of how it was built while it was fun seeing Chris again and having Jake get his redemption story.

Playing the Invisible Friend/Co-Op partner in the Ada chapters sucked as all I could do was shoot things and collect loot once the fighting was over.

I couldn't open a single door or open up cutscenes because the game didn't acknowledge my character on-screen unless it was a Kill Screen.

Still... fun co-op experience had by all.

Indeed. It was pretty obvious that the co-op was just tacked on in the Ada campaign. The rest of the game was quite fun though.

It's kind of funny knowing that Jay and I finished an almost 30 hour game before Handle, Swarley and I could finish the last three damn chapters in Ghost Recon.

Finished up the Ghost Recon campaign with Handle last night. Really fun game but we were both disappointed with the trophies. We only have like 9% after beating the game. There are so many related to multiplayer which sucks.

Starhawk is cool but I have no fucking clue what's going on in multiplayer. I still haven't finished the campaign either. Co-op was meh but I'm always willing to pop it back in if you guys want to play.

I loved DoW2. I found it much better than the first game and you can almost always get it on deal on Steam

yeah....Borderlandz 2 story complete. Thanks to Swarley, Goat, and U8! Not sure if I am going to go through all the DLC...maybe I will wait. Seems like it will be quite a grind to get to level 50.

Beat Spec Ops: The Line tonight. Great game, possibly the most underrated game of 2012. It's not just another mindless military shooter, it makes you think about your actions and the cost of war. It's too bad that they were forced to tack on multiplayer, b/c a few more hours would have been great for that single player. I definitely enjoyed my play through and would recommend it to any fan of shooters.

I finished up Forza Horizon yesterday. That last Showcase race Darius Flynt was bullshit. The only way I won was because he got crashed and I think he got stuck on the environment early in the race. Otherwise, the previous ten or so times I tried no matter how far I would get ahead he would rubberband ahead of me. I'm glad I got that over with.

I did everything in the game except for all the PR challenges at the outposts. The stunt challenges especially are bullshit. I still need one more Barn Find but the fucker will not unlock even though I'm sitting at over 91% game completion. I have 905/1000GS too. I might go for the 25 online races and reach level 25 online as I'm 17 now. Eventually I guess I'll get the Forza Loyalty cheevo whenever I finally play Forza 3. That cheevo is alost as gross as all the DLC they push in the game. I'll probably never get the vinyl sale thing unless one of you clowns buys my shitty design. I'll be happy to return the favor.

The barn thing pisses me off the most. Everything I've read said that they are completely random when they unlock. Some people only have 10% game completion and have them all. Fucking dumb.

Dragon Age last nite completed. Got my first achievement on 7/19/2010 and completed the "The Ultimate Sacrifice" on 2/18/2013. For some reason I put this game down around March 2011. Fuck game took 2.5 years to complete....lawl.

I beat Dead Space 3 on Impossible. Don't know if/when I'll get the platinum since you have to beat the game at least four times, and it took me about 25 hours to finish my first playthrough.

Beat Sleeping Dogs and Modern Warfare 3 this week.

I think I will go back to Far Cry 3 and finish that story up.

Forgot to post my latest gaming achievement.

Beat The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings this past weekend. Amazing RPG. Great story and I really enjoyed the combat (once you get used to it). The boss fights are pretty damn tough, which makes the game even better. I hate when games hold your hand and make the game super easy. The side stuff was pretty good as well. Exploring was a lot of fun and so was crafting and looting. I really hope that we get the first game on a console some day. If you're a fan of a good RPG or a good story, than I highly recommend this game.

Pad helped me finally get that damn trophy for completing the Drop 'Em Like Liquid co-op mission in Bf3. It still took as probably 20 tries because, just like before, something would go wrong at some point EVERY time.
