I'm really liking it, I've got about 4 hours into it. Its like Crackdown meets Assassin's Creed with waaaaayyy better combat.

The story probably is retarded but I wouldn't know I've been skipping all the cutscenes.

yea i heard its actually getting good reviews, but i dont like a short game, already beat infamous, got 100% on all 3 islands and i'm bored, so if i get prototype, he better have better powers and a better environment

Fuck the last boss, don't make the game very easy and then make the last boss hard as hell.

It took me about 12 hours to play through the game including most of the sidequests, minus the last boss.

Cause i have that and am not real sure about it hey.

I'm about to finally pop this game in so I'll let you know. Everyone I know though that has played both games says that inFamous is superior. I think inFamous is one of the better games I've played in a while.

Download of it just finished. Installing now. God, I just realized my rig is seriously getting outdated. Hoping I can run it on medium settings at least.

The intro video had me pumped up. Then game starts running and it runs like shit on my PC. My system has hit the wall.unfortunately. Oh well, when I get a new system I'll be sure to play through it. Seems like it's worth at least a play through from what I saw.

After playing this game for a solid hour now I can say that it is fun but so far I think inFamous is a much better game. The controls, graphics and sound of inFamous destroy this game.

Yeah that's how my thoughts are right now. I'm playing through it, but I'm not really having a whole lot of fun. Seems really structured reminds me way too much of Assassin's Creed.

I hate to beat a dead horse but inFamous is a much more polished game than this one is. The grapics are not that great. The controls are not smooth and some of the button presses used to pull of certain moves are just retarded.

This game is a lot more fun now that I have upgraded the shit out of my abilities/powers. According to the stats I'm only 6 hours in, which I find hard to believe since I've been playing all day today and I playe quite a bit yesterday.

To me, it's just not that deep of a game. Yeah it's got some awesome elements, but the core gameplay is very, very linear. I like doing the little events and everything but every mission is just starting to blend together now.

I am enjoying it overall though. Definitely not a buy, but a very good rental.

So I keep reading about needing to disable the Viral Detectors and I can't figure out how to do it short of setting everyone off anyways by walking in and throwing a car at it. Has anyone else figured out an easier way to do this?

The game's certainly not bad, but like everyone, I'm not having the fun I'd hoped with this game. It really feels like it's missing that special something that Crackdown had.

One of my biggest irritations is being able to use my sprint ability and run right past military personnel, jump over their trucks, and never draw a response, yet I grab someone and all of a sudden they care and know who I am.

If you go up to them and hit Y you get into a QTE where you can turn it off.
