Quarterback rankings for 2012 draft

Just a list who I feel are the top 10 QB's who may come out for the draft in 2012.

1- Andrew Luck
2- Matt Barkley
3- Robert Griffin III
4- Landry Jones
5- Ryan Tannenhill
6- Nick Foles
7- Ryan Lindley
8- Brandon Weeden
9- Kirk Cousins
10- Brock Osweiler
---Geno Smith, Tyler Wilson.

With how bad I thought the QB class was last year, this one should be MUCH better...and I see possibly 6 QB's drafted 1st round. Thoughts?

I would agree but 4 last year makes me think differently.

Whoever gets the 1st pick gonna take Luck (Colts?)

Niners, Vikings, Dolphins, Seahawks are the most likely others who will be looking for signal callers.

Then you have Broncos, Redskins who have unknown quantities and could see potential out of the crop that could come out.

I think we'll see at least the same amount as last year. Jones, Barkley and Luck will all probably go top 15. Maybe even top 10. Tyler Wilson and Josh Weeden both have cannons and could conceivably sneak into the back end of round 1. Griffin has off the charts athleticism, makeup and efficiency. It's not hard to imagine GMs talking themselves into him.

Remember this is the same league that sees teams drafts fringe QB prospects 50 picks too early every year just because other teams are doing it. If Locker and Ponder can go top 15, the guys in this class, who are actually good quarterbacks, should have no problems.

Moore's height is a huge concern, and his arm isn't great by any means...Foles is pretty good, kinda like Mallett-lite.

6'2" is fine, but has the better arm then Moore...Moore is maybe 6 feet at best...

I'm a big Moore fan. It is likely he won't amount to anything in the NFL, but I think he is the most accurate and efficient QB in CFB. If this was excluding physical attributes and NFL projectability he'd be #1 on my list.

Brandon Weeden doesn't get drafted before the 5th round due to his age.

That's true. I didn't realize he was 27, thought he was only 24.

From my point of view, if you're going to draft a 27 year old QB they'd better be ready to play week 1. I know nothing about Weeden, but presumably he wouldn't be.

Brock Osweiler is ready to come out already? I don't even think he's 21 yet. Dude's massive. He's like 6'9", 240.

Kellen Moore will definitely go later in the draft. And a 27 year old QB definitely will fall just because of that.

Niners took Kaepernick in the 2nd Round last year and the Vikings drafted Ponder.

Luck, Barkley, Jones are the only real first rounders seemingly off that list, so far.

kirk cousins has taken 1000 steps backwards this year. shouldnt be on any top ten list hell hes only in the top 10 of b10 qb's because denard robinson really isnt a qb.
