And the only reason we improved last year was Favre. remember this was a team that 'had everything but a quarterback'. No ifs or buts about it, if not for Favre we'd still be watching Brad Childress's 'I can recreate Donovan McNabb with this guy act' even to this day. I can say his job would be less secure for one specific reason. If not for Favre we'd have Jackson starting. We'd have finished somewhere around the 7 to 9 win mark last season and that stupid deaf paedophile head coach would again go under the pretense that his abomination of a quarterback project was still developing into something special this season. And I don't know how you can't see that.
Favre didn't divide the locker room, the players unanimously are in favour of him. It is Childress's inability to deal with that, both in terms of showing that he is the disciplinarian and in putting his ego aside that has caused this. It is not Favre's fault that Childress is entirely unable to control a locker room with the expected authority of a head coach.
