Ranking The NFL Stadiums

No matter where you are at for football, any seat that is between the 40 and 50 are great seats.

I've been to Fed Ex Field with both my father and my uncle. My father had seats in the upper deck endzone, and my uncle had seats that are upper deck right at the 50. My uncles were much better. I would even take the upper level seats at the 50 over lower level endzone- you get to see all of the game, and I felt like I was missing out when the game was at the other end of the field.

If I could get season tickets anywhere in the stadium I would probably prefer front row 300 level on the 50 yard line. Best view in the house imo.

Don't care about the Redskins. But LOL at the stadium being in the worst neighborhood in the entire league. I was scared more for my life walking to an Eagles game thru Philly than going to a game at FedEx.

The apartment building going into the stadium wouldn't be owned by an average joe.

What more do you expect from Philly? They built the stadium with a jail that had four cells in it.

And before any Philly fan comes in and gets upset, yes, I know they've shut it down. But it was still built in the first place.

I honestly believe that the guy who wrote this article has never been to Fed Ex because of that comment about the area. It's not DC. It's still PG County, which is bad, but it's actually the better part of PG. There's three mega-churches in the immediate area, and a lot of upscale housing. It's pretty much a calm suburban location, except for its access to various main travel routes and, of course, on gamedays.

I find The Linc to be OK, nothing more.
Kinda sterile, but decent sightlines.
Horrible food.
Great tailgating, obviously. Philly tailgating is amazing.

The Vet had more character, even if it was a dump.

LOL...It's in a fucking sports complex. What "neighborhood" are you talking about? There's tons of parking and the subway drops you off right at the stadium. You don't go through any "neighborhoods". Be honest, you haven't actually been there, right?

Well, as someone who HAS been there I would agree with dave. The sightlines are great, the food is bad and overpriced, but the tailgating is awesome. It's funny because the food at citizen's bank park is amazing. Don't understand what's up with the Linc as far as that goes..

Stupid criteria when mentioning Soldier Field. The Bears didn't start playing there until really the early 70s...and those teams sucked. Outside of Payton and the 85 Bears there really isn't much history at Soldier Field to get chills about. The Bears "chilling" history took place more at Wrigley Field.

UofP Stadium is great, but I will admit that the Cards have horrible fans here. I've been to every game at the stadium, and it bums me out how shitty the "fans" here are. Atleast the article wasn't written when the team played at Sun Devil Stadium...all 17 of us fans that went to the games wouldnt've helped.

My dad's favorite road trip is the Arizona game because of a weekend in Vegas and then a home game away from home, especially in Sun Devil.

While I hated SDS, I do have some fond memories of that place. Just don't sit on the East side of the stadium or you will BURN.

And then the Christmas Eve win against the Eagles in '05 to end their time at SDS. Awesome times..

i understand its "fun" to debate these things but this was what i took from the article. remember 3 of those he didnt even see an NFL game at. He also did a pretty shitty research job saying nobody goes to ford field when they had their first non sellout in 2008 you think selling out 6 straight years of shitty football would not result ina suggestion that nobody goes there.

It's a damn shame too. As a Braves fan the Expos were always my favorite NL East rival, it's a tragedy that they left. Speaking of stadiums and sightlines, you ever see this proposal? Beautiful.

Yeah. It would have been awesome, but in fairness to MLB, Montreal simply didn't support the Expos enough. Crowds of 10,000 were the norm.
Hell, it was kinda funny, in 2002 or 2003 (forget which), the Boston Red Sox were in Montreal for the weekend. Olympic Stadium wasn't ready for 40,000 fans ... and many of the bathrooms and concessions were closed.

Everyone blames the strike, but let's be honest ... even if the Expos had gone on to win the World Series that year, they still would have dismantled the team the next year.

I loved going to Expos' games at Olympic Stadium. My French grandma lived in Montreal and I'd spend 3 weeks a summer with her. She lived three blocks from Olympic Stadium and had boatloads of tickets waiting for me when I arrived.

I worry the same thing is going to happen in Toronto. Bad stadium, indifferent fans...
