Beat the game earlier this afternoon with Atlas... That last checkpoint where you fight a shit-ton of zombies and mini-bosses is bullshit.

Yes, I'd like to get to tha choppa but I can't if the game sends a Jumper to squeeze my intestines through my nose.

I got to watch Atlas get all the glory. :(

...seriously, if they ever make a sequel, they need the life stealing code from Contra if you die. :shifty:

You don't have to do all of that, but I ended up doing most of it while completing the storyline. The feathers and flags though, I found a map online and that was really helpful. I was able to do about 75% of those in about two hours with the map.

They took some of those things out (or they turned down the amount of items) in Brotherhood so don't worry.
 
Dead Space 2 is awesome, one of the best games to be released so far in 2011

I 1000 GS this game and put in about 24 hrs into it, it was very fun but the extras werent as overwhelming as they seemed at 1st. I actually wished there was more to do after I did everything, but thats what AC:Brotherhood is for...

The Dead Space franchise is pretty good. It's done a good job filling the void left by Resident Evil on the current gen platforms.
 
I think I'm the only person that frequents these boards that has a 3DS but if anyone else does, the 10 free NES games were released for the Ambassador Program on August 31st. I downloaded mine this morning.

You can only get those before the price drop, correct? I think I ended up picking one up the day after the price drop because when i registered it I didnt get a notice or anything about being an ambassador.

Portal 2 Bioshock and Vanquish i feel like a really need to get, maybe rachet and clank. Demon's Souls will be waiting for me in the mail when i get home. :D
 
EA has ramped up the pressure on Activision. The company's chief spokesman Jeff Brown used trade site IndustryGamers to toss some abuse at Hirshberg. he said, "Welcome to the big leagues Eric. I know you're new in the job but someone should have told you this is an competitive industry.

"You've got every reason to be nervous. Last year Activision had a 90 share in the shooter category. This year, Battlefield 3 is going to take you down to 60 or 70.
