Matt Moore has better career numbers than Sam Bradford and has started one less game. Moore isn't a sexy pick or media darling, but he was one of the best QBs in the league the second half of the season. I myself have only come to this acceptance in the last couple weeks. His teammates loves him and said he was a vital piece to Miami finishing the second half of the season with him at the helm, 5-2. His decision making and quiet leadership were much better then Henne.

With no Luck or RGIII in play I don't think Miami should go for broke on some other QB. I'm starting to come around to the idea that Matt Moore should be our QB going into next year, particularly after having a full offseason with the team. He joined us before Week 1 this year. I'd like to see Miami take Blackmon from OSU to pair opposite BMarsh.

P.S. Fisher is playing St Louis, he's only boasting about the Miami interview to gain more leverage against the Rams or any other team who will come out of the woodwork to snatch him. If we get him, OK, but I won't be heart broken if we don't.

which is the main reason why I don't give a shit if we hire him. If I was paying the bills, no way in hell would I back up the bank truck just to get the biggest name on the market but who has had nothing more than a mediocre coaching career. But it is Ross's money to spend, I don't give a crap if he loses $8/$16/$24 million of his BILLIONS he has.

Jeff Fisher, who has interviewed with the Dolphins and Rams, told ESPN’s Adam Schefter that he will make his decision next week.

Give me a fucking break....Now he's sitting back and hoping the Rams and Dolphins go at each others throats in the hopes to shower him with how awesome they think he is. Or, he's taking another angle: Not really thrilled with either club and is hoping some other desperate team jumps in over the weekend because they see there is still a chance, and if one doesn't he'll turn both clubs down and wait another year where he'll start his courtship all over again.

I'm not a big fan of Fisher, but the Rams had to go out and get a guy with head coaching experience after flopping with Linehan and Spags. Considering the alternatives, I think he's the best available option.

Jay Glazer of FOX reports that the Dolphins, sensing Fisher will pick the Rams, are now moving on to other candidates. Per Glazer, the candidates include Falcons offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey (pictured), Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer, and Packers offensive coorinator Joe Philbin.

Earlier today Drew Rosenhaus and Omar Kelly (Sun-Sentinel) stated they were currently working out contract specifics.

Like I said before, not my money, so I don't care if Ross overspends for him. Looking at what is out there on the hire list, Fisher looks to be the most, or at least equally qualified candidate. At least this time Miami wouldn't be hiring some person who has never been a professional head coach in their life...unlike their last 4 coaches.
