Vancouver is such a ridiculous team. I've never seen a player as inconsistent as Luongo. I would guess that Vancouver wins Game 7 by a 1-0 scoreline.

That is what makes game 7 so interesting this time around. Sure in Boston he has allowed a boat load of goals, but he still has two shutouts at home. Although I did read a funny tweet this morning saying "When do you pull Luo?" with the answer being "when he lets in a softy during warm-ups"

I am going to say though, a lot of what goes on in Boston is more the players fault then Roberto, as they have just done shit all nothing on the road. Having a guy like Kesler held to just a point in the series is huge, and you have to know he is sporting some sick ass injury that will come out after the playoffs. But when you factor in no goal support from any major player, you really start to wonder what the hell is going on in that locker room. It is obvious that when you reach the finals your main stars have massive targets. Happened last year, happened with Crosby, happens all the time. So this is where your depth guys need to come in. Just Vancouver isn't getting that.

This series should not be a toss up, but game 7 really is. The only reason Vancouver will get the edge is home ice, and right now, unless they come out and get that first goal, that edge moves to Boston.

That is what the great thing is about an older goalie who has had an up and down career, getting to the show wasn't easy, has a young guy waiting in the background...because you just know he is going throw everything he has to winning, and would probably try and make a save even if it cost him an injury just because it means that much.

Do we really need to say again why playoff hockey beats all other sports. Timmy T's playoff performance beats out anything any other sport can offer.

Thomas' story is pretty awesome. To not make the NHL till he was almost 30 is crazy, now he's gonna win his 2nd straight Vezina, a Conn Smythe and probably a Stanley Cup.

I never cared for the guy before but I'm just in awe of his performance, his persona, everything. He's fuckin epic.

Yesterday I was saying around the water cooler how I'd wager the Nucks to get lit up again in 6, Luongo's comments (while entirely blown out of proportion) were out of character and he acted like he had some ego going and that the Cup was his to take. Thomas meanwhile was levelheaded and didn't get into the bullshit, nor did it seem to effect him.

This game will be hard fought and close, which gives the edge to Boston this time, there's only so many close games the Nucks are going to get their hands on and it's time their luck runs out.

Vancouver has looked downright spineless on the road throughout the entire playoffs.

For such a good team, their play on the road has been utterly embarrassing.

Vancouver is far and away the best team in the league yet they don't just lose on the road, they get blown out (see Chicago and Boston).

I'm going with Boston tomorrow because they I think they are little healthier and much more physical and the refs will most likely put the whistles away for the most part tomorrow night so Boston should be able to use their size and physicality as an advantage.
