I guess we'll see in the summer. If it's another round of James Perch signings, then Ashley is a fat fuck. If it's something decent...

I scored 24 goals helping my side win promotion back to the Premier League aged just 22.

Then in my first season in the top flight I had bagged an impressive 15 goals by the end of January. Including a goal against the reigning champions, away at Arsenal and in a home win over Liverpool. My form earned me an England call-up and my debut in an international friendly.

Am a I £35M striker?

I don't think it was an own goal just because it was going in already and the guy just kind of wildly swung at it. Its not like it could've gone wide or anything. Plus his move around the goalie was excellent.

I generally stick with Toontastic, Newcastle-online's two best posters are a Spanish Barcelona fan (Village Idiot) and an American (Mike) who spends more time in the NBA and NFL threads. That and their general support for Ashley/Wise over Keegan means they can all die in a fire.

What you guys think about the big ruling against the EPL in the European Court of Justice? Could be a game changer for the way the game is sold.

I never realized that only 138 live matches are shown in the UK vs 380 in Europe. It's been debunked pretty well in North America that the blackouts don't actually increase attendance (hence why no one goes to Jaguars games). If you give the people what they want at a reasonable price, I think they'll find a reasonable profit is there to be made

Yea...the only other game on I could easliy find was Beyern Beating up on Colonge(sp). 2-0 in the first half their as well. Aaaand now the Goomers just scored again....
