He actually plays for Bourdeaux (France) now. We got e21 million for him, but Silvio hasn't spent a dime of it.
I'm sure that Berlusconi has a say in Lega Calcio's business, as equally as any owner. Also, since Serie A recently broke off from Lega Calcio to form Lega Calcio Serie A (original name, I know), I'm sure the big team owners will have a greater say now.
The formation is good in theory, but wouldn't work out. There were instances when Pippo did play alone (when Pato was injured), and he did well, and I don't think that having one forward would be good enough right now. Ronnie still has a long way to go, and until he's ready to lead this team, we can't expect him to make miracles. I actually prefer the formation that we play now (a staggered 4-3-3, making it essentially a 4-3-1-2), we just need a top striker to play above Pato.
The 4-3-2-1 I meant gives the 2 freedom to roam like Kaka and Seedorf would do before Ronaldinho was signed. That formation was successful enough for a Champions League win. If that's not proof that it works in practice then I don't know what is.
I'm sure Berlusconi will have more of a say than other managers. He's clearly got Mafia links.
