I mean...what else is really left? The biggest hole(s) in our squad just got filled. Just look at the depth chart so far (assuming Hazard/Hulk sign officially):

ST: Torres/Lukaku (if he doesn't end up going on loan)/Sturridge (don't forget, he's actually a striker)
LW: Hazard/Marin/Sturridge/Malouda/Ramires/(Bertrand)
CAM: Mata/Marin/Malouda
RW: Hulk/Marin/Sturridge/Ramires
CM (pick 2): Mikel/Lampard/Ramires/Meireles/Romeu/Malouda (where I think he's better actually)
LB: Cole/Bertrand
CB: Luiz/Cahill/Terry/Ivanovic
RB: Ivanovic

I hear van der Wiel may also be a potential target as well which would be great to add depth/competition at RB, but I can't imagine he goes for much more than 12m. A supplementary striker that won't take attention from Torres may also be a target, if Lukaku leaves on loan.

With Hulk on-board, that's a helluva side. The central defense still would worry me at times - Terry isn't that consistent anymore and Luiz just seems out of place in central defense. But Cech is still a hellva keeper so that helps a ton.

Yup I picked him up in FM in my first off-season as Chelsea, he was injury-prone and didn't improve much. Let's hope it's different if he does come to Chelsea!
