I didn't chalk up nothing.. I thought you were in-game & if that was the case (especially since I got no response from you til' later on) then I was gonna get on with my day, not knowing if you were or weren't gonna respond.. some guys don't respond (like me) during game, and on that premise alone ya never know how much longer someone is gonna be, and rather just sit around waiting I got a game in with a good friend of mine.. so no worries, and you know that I know that you don't duck games, especially vs. me.. LoL.. So listen, it's only the begining of the season, and we haven't even started league yet (which I could be re-contemplating with these ridiculous INT's, especially with Brees, I mean it was one thing in league last year with Clay Harris, but with a 97-98 rated QB things like this shouldn't be happening), so just chill a chella' and we'll roll soon ;-)
& Eskimo, sorry we didn't get one earlier bra'.. Well for our first game that was definetly a thrilla'.. The Saints down 17-0 in the
1st qtr. coulda' hung their heads and said "oh here we go again", but with a captain
like Drew Brees on the field, such was just not gonna happen today.. Slowly but surely,
after a quick 1 play deeeeep strike to Devery Henderson, the Saints started showing a
pulse, but it seemed (in the first half) that everytime Brees dropped back to launch a
pass there was some pesky J-ville player wandering around to make a takeaway, in this
case, the form of picks!!.. The Saints managed to put 3 scores on the board before half-
time to only be trailing 31-21, but that's better than 31-0..LoL!. Coming out in the
second half wasn't a whole lot different, except early in the 4th qtr the Saints came
out on fire, taking the lead at one point 35-31.. but then began the offensive exchanges
between the Saints & Jags, and coach Matt pulling it off at the end to make the final
score a blistering 45-42 between the Jacksonville Sharks and the New Orleans Voodoo of
the Arena Football League!!.. GREAT game Matt, we'll definetly do it again soon, and
remember now, don't go to sleep, or as you put it, in "chill mode" once you were up 17!
