I watched the show yesterday. Are they seriously not going to let us know what the doctor whispered into Rick's ear? Assholes.

And questioning the logic of people under the threat of a zombie apocalypse is more comical than any of the plot lines. You can't pick this show apart like Dexter or The Wire, it's not that kind of show it's a fucking zombie show.

But by all means please carry on with how perfectly you heroes would have all handled these situations better. Part of this shows charm to me is the flawed decision making and logic of the characters because what is going on around them DEFIES ALL LOGIC.

It wouldn't be bad if the characters were more interesting, or actually had something to talk about. There are plenty of normal shows that can pull of a "search and rescue" mission in the woods and make it good. Yet somehow a show with Zombies manages to be boring while doing so. The characters are horrible, show needs less of them and more zombies.

I give up, this is the dumbest episode of any show I've seen in quite some time.

 

First you have the "lookout" who's on top of a RV with binoculars but can't notice the zombies until they're 20 yards away. Then you have the "leader" who leaves a little girl in the woods, and tells her to travel back on her own. Seriously....telling her to wait for you in her perfect hiding spot was out of the question?
Of course though, the pursuit of this girl takes up the entire episode.

And this is just the main "plot", not including the little retarded things inbetween. Like the lady who went on the long "you took my choice" rant. Or the fact that they're trying to hurry to find the girl before night fall, but have no problem stopping and having an hour long break at the church. Of course this extremely necessary break time is spent on irrelevant things. Like the 2 people who can't put their boring relationship drama aside for 5 mins during the middle of a zombie apocalypse. Great priorities!

Is this gonna be the premise of every episode? The characters do something extremely retarded, then spend the rest of the episode trying to fix it. Sprinkled in with a bunch of boring dialogue and illogical thinking.

Seriously, I hope every character dies, and a new cast with brains joins the show. If that happens, let me know. Otherwise I'll be avoiding this series.

Yeah, I'm not saying there isn't things people can pick at, and compare this show to other shows on tv, namely writing and acting, but its not a fair comparison, its a horror tv show, not a drama, it is easier to compare it to horror movies. Unless you want to compare it to American horror story, and that show is only 3 episodes in.
