The wife and I are at level 32. We haven't touched AC Unity since we started playing.

nice, I just hit level 30 myself but I dont play it much. I like some of the gam emodes they have added, 1 of my favorites is marked for death

Yeah, there is a good amount of variety in the maps and modes with the dlc included.

We played most of the DLC maps and modes the past few days but didn't get to play that much yesterday.

I normally hate shooters that move this fast but for some reason I'm enjoying this game.

I will definitely eat my words. I hated a lot on this game. My reasoning still stands true though. This game is literally CoD with mechs and parkour. I have no idea why I like it so much because I hate CoD. But I really do enjoy this game. The wife and I have been playing nearly every day. We're level 45's now.

I think most people like myself who had the game on release day got tired of it quickly because of the lack of game modes and the lack of a single player campaign. It just got old pretty quick. They have added a lot since then with more maps and game modes so I think people just now getting on it will have more fun where others who had it won't play it again.

That's probably 100% true. There are hardly anyone playing this game now. Every time we jump on there only seems to be several HUNDRED people playing.

It's much worse on Pc. Most servers are empty and only a few game modes will even get you into a match.

The worst part is that the "Campaign" has apparently been completely pared down to accommodate the small numbers of people playing the game. As you probably know there are two sides to the "Campaign", the Militia and IMC. Originally you would play through all nine of the chapters as one side and then jump right to the other side and play the same nine chapters. You could also chapter select for any chapters you missed. Now it is totally random and it seems the same few chapters play over and over. My wife and I seem to play as Militia 90%+ of the time. We've unlocked the cheevos for all the Militia stuff but somehow we've only played 11% of the IMC campaign. It's so dumb. We played last night and finally got put on the IMC side for ONE match, only to get flipped back the very next match. I have no idea why the game can't recognize such an imbalance and try to put us on the IMC side?

I actually think I may already be getting burned out by this game. We played last night but I just wasn't feeling it. I honestly thing a lot has to do with the fact that I am sick and tired of playing as the Militia in campaign. It's utterly ridiculous that the game will just not let me play as the IMC. It's mind boggling. When the wife and I jumped on last night we were dumped into an already in progress match (not out of the ordinary) as the IMC. I told her "Watch, I bet we get switched to the Militia next match." Yup, just like I predicted. The next match starts and boom, Militia. But do we ever get switched back to the IMC? Of course not. Ten straight matches as Militia and I finally shut the console off in disgust.

In the past 50+ matches we have been put on the IMC side TWICE. Both times were when we just jumped online and both times we were switched to the Militia the very next match. I just don't get it.

We still keep getting screwed and get put on the Militia side. We played last night and I was thinking "We've had quite a few wins in a row now." There is a cheevo for winning ten straight matches. I check and we had six wins in a row. Of course the next match we lose. :cmon:

I finally realized why I enjoy this game so much even though it has so many similarities to CoD. It's because it doesn't have any of the bullshit killstreak rewards. The only thing AI controlled is if you abandon your titan and let it fight for you but even then they can be easily avoided and combated, unlike drones and gun ships in shitty CoD that seem to hang around forever and mow you down no matter where you are on the map.
I've always thought the actual gameplay in CoD was top notch but the killstreak bullshit ruined it for me.
Titanfall has the best parts of CoD without the garbage.
