I totally agree with you that the term overated is mostly used for highly drafted players, but in this instance Romo is the exception IMO. I just feel that the media and Cowboys fans annointed him an elite QB, as well as the Cowboys giving him a huge contract, and he hadn't really proven anything at that point. Since, he finally got a playoff win, and he's plays great from Sept. through Nov. so fantasy owners love him, but what has he really accomplished? When the pressure is on he collapses, over, and over again. After he finally got over the playoff win hump, how did he follow it up? Exactly. Its not like i don't want him to do good, he just doesn't when it matters.

Eli threw the picks right? The second pick was one throw after Eli decided to throw it into double coverage and Newman just dropped it. If Eli would have thrown either of those passes to the WRs chest, they wouldn't have been picked. Yes it was Eli's fault.

I would definitely put Jay Cutler on the overrated list. I wouldn't say Aaron Rodgers is overrated, with only 2 full seasons as a starter, but I also wouldn't put him in the elite category either. As you know, with QB's you have the top 5, maybe 6, and then there is everyone else. What part of my original post did you not agree with? Its very evident that the Cowboys have either been favored to be in or win the SB for the past 4-5 seasons, yet through all those years they come up with 1 playoff win. I know, I know, its the Head Coach, if not him, then its OC/play calling.
