VSN Community Quarter Length Poll

This poll will determine quarter length of community games. If the option of "8+ minutes" wins, there will be another poll to follow. If I put every option available in the poll, they would split votes.

Remember, there will be polls if necessary for later changes. The end result of this poll is NOT permanent. Community feedback of all changes is appreciated.

I dont like not playing with ACC but I think 6min is too short. Adding 4 more minutes to the game would be good for community games.

Most of my games have had around 65 plays. (NFL average 120-130). So that's 2.7 plays a minute.

So that's just above 10 plays added to the game per minute added to length.

I've only played four community games so far, but 6 min with accelerated clock to 20 seconds feels about right for a pick-up game.

I like 6 minutes and would be fine with 7 minutes (both accel on). I would just quit playing community games if it is 8 or more minutes per quarter because these are pick up games for me and I don't have 90-120 minutes for pick up games.

7 min acc seems about perfect.. Although me and BB had a nice game last night on the current settings that left me feeling drained as if it was a 3 hour slug match.. 6 or 7 is fine with me.. both acc on

I say 7 min w/acc. Like KG said. An extra 4 mins isn't that bad and if you are playing someone who has a boring game like myself, time will go by quickly anyway.

THAT's what i'm sayin'.. I even went as far as to "think about" the 7mins. -w-
acc, but there's just something about how quick those clicks down that gives
it an arcade feel, not a sim feel.. So needless to say I think a straight-6 -w-
no acc would be the shot.. In years past I know that there was NEVER an
acc clock for MM/VSN created room games (aka the trackers), just seems to
take out the authentic sim way of playing.. just my .02

...and it was. Until people realized they didnt want to play hour and 20 min pick up games. Thats why it was turned on in the first place.

6 min acc clock, the way it is now, is fine with me but I wouldnt be opposed to 7 min acc clock. For whatever reason the game seems to play a lot longer than in years past with no acc clock so I wouldnt want to see the acc clock turned off, period. I suggest keeping it on 6 mins but take the acc clock to 15 secs instead of 20 if you want more time.

BTW, I voted wrong for acc clock off. Someone change that to 6 min acc clock instead.

I agree i was always a guy in the past who said 5 mins no accel clock. 6 mins with accel clock goes really quick and many teams both teams have under 200 yards of offense.
