What development? TJack hasn't developed in 3 years, why would he start now? And JDB? All he needs to develop are good clipboard holding skills.
There aren't many "good" moments to throw a INT. Even if Brett plays like he did last year, its still better than any qb performance we got out of our QBs last year.
T-Jack (maybe if he gets better he'll get a better nickname:
http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/page2/story?page=mergler/090623) has shown improvement. He's had a better completion percentage (if only marginally) each year and threw the same amount of TD's in 2007 and 2008, as well as throwing ten less interceptions... to me that seems like improvement. I'm not sure how I feel about David Booty. He went to USC, but he's got 0 mobility... we'll see, I suppose.
Tarvaris's Passing Stats...
YR TM GS CMP ATT CMP% YDS Y/A TD LNG INT RTG
2006 MIN 4 47 81 58.0 475 5.9 2 50 4 62.5
2007 MIN 12 171 294 58.2 1911 6.5 9 71 12 70.8
2008 MIN 9 88 149 59.1 1056 7.1 9 59 2 95.4
Suffice to say, I think Tarvaris is improving.

I hope Brett can help-out Minnesota win a Super Bowl. I think AD's earned it.

I dunno, I wish he'd quit retiring and un-retiring. Apparently, he did it this year because he 'didn't want to offend NY' by asking for a trade or release because they've treated him so well. All I'm saying is, when my respective grandfather's retired from the post office and the airplane industry, they didn't keep coming back for more.
