I'm still wondering what it is that Shane offered the detective/cop dude. We were never told this and when Shane was going to the family dinner type thing he seemed like he was sort of nervous/hesitant. I know it is 2 months later but I figured it was the same cop. I know it probably doesn't make the most sense though in the grand scheme of things. I just want to know what it is Shane offered that guy. That's irking me right now.

I love this show so I'm glad there is gonna be a season 8 as that link says

um, Shane becoming a Cop is what he gave, he said he knew what he wanted, and it was to become a cop instead of a crook.

he was hesitant because he didn't want his family to know what he was doing which is why he lied.


I looked it up the other day and couldn't find that they got a new season, the link posted here says it hasn't been officially picked up, and Jenji has said she is fine ending it this way but has ways to continue it.

PRAISE THE LORD IT ALL FINALLY WILL END. We just need Dexter to get cancelled so Showtime can move on to phase 2 full throttle.
 
As much as I loved this show this does need to be the final season. I do look forward to watching it though.
 
yeah that was neat. not so sure what the show has to offer this season really, but I've come this far, might as well finish it.

Not gonna lie, Doug was pure gold last night. The ending had me rolling.
 
I stopped watching this show years ago, but my wife was watching on netflix so i started watching again with her. I really enjoyed a mostly Nancy free episode. I believe it was S08E01 im talking about, maybe it was e02.
