I might go back and play through 1 again and then play through all of them closer to when 5 is coming out. That YouTube vid I found will suffice for this initial run through.

Just play 1, it's relatively short and (arguably) the best one in the series if not just SLIGHTLY behind 3.

Play it! If you can, find a Gamecube and play the Twin Snakes version. I played through the PS1 version, several times, but the GC version obviously looks miles better.

I love cutscenes in video games. And I'd rather have a 2 hour cutscene at the end then a 2 minute long cutscene that you get after you choose one of three colors. (I'm looking at you Mass Effect.)

Planning on watching the first game be beaten online before starting 4 because I've heard they have a lot of flashbacks to the first one. Are there any good vids on YouTube that sum up the first game well?
