Finished the first part in MGS4. Holy shit this game is ridiculous. I can already see how it got more than a few perfect scores. So glad I played/watched the first 3. I'm sure the jump to 5 will be just as big. And Kojima got Troy Fucking Baker to voice/mo-cap Revolver Ocelot??

Witnessed Naked Snake lose his eye last night. I was waiting for it the entire game up to that point. I think I'm about on the home stretch and then it's time for GUNS OF THE MOTHAFUCKING PATRIOTS!!

Best part of my night:

Staying up to play a round of Merc Kings w/ Bomber and Knubb...

Then watching as Knubb pushed Bomber's Salt Levels to the point where the man rage quit his machine after losing badly in a game of 2K14.

I really don't mind.

I like cutscenes and with 4 it was gonna be the final chapter. I don't want shit to be left out I want to see everything. I say bring on the cutscenes! Like I said I'd much rather have too many cutscenes than some BS three color choice and a lame montage a la Mass Effect's ending.

I thought the 2 hour cutscene at the end of 4 was really too long. It got to the point where I stopped enjoying it and was just bitching at the TV for it to end.

reading through these comments is making me want to shoot my couch. 2 hour cut scenes and loving it....you guys are killing me.
i loved MG1 and MG2...3 had way to many cut scenes and 4 was even worse. its like being forced to watch a bad movie.
