We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

it that how you really talk or is it just some im a thug wanna be forum speak you use? does it make you feel better to think i am mad? does that in some way validate your feelings of owning an inferior system? i would be mad if i only had 1 system and its sole purpose was to play online games and it shut down for 3 weeks.

Yea, you mad. You steady posting in this thread when you obviously are a Xbox gamer. Why does it bother you so much that other people choose to play PS3? As for validation, inferior system, 3 weeks.... If I wanted an Xbox I would have one. My inferior system being down for 3 weeks didnt bother me as much as it bothers you apparently.

I kinda had the thought when they were turning them back on why they didn't just do it sunday night like late sunday night/monday morning. Start getting the eastern servers up around 1 or 2am (maybe even later) and proceed to keep going across the country while getting everything back up. You'll skip the mass amount of people right there trying to get back on and would lighten the load pretty huge.
