How the hell do I change my pasword? I try to sign in and it says my pass is invalid, I must change my password then it gives me an error message.

Welcome to the past few hours of my life.

Go to Sony's website, and click "forgot password" They will send an email to you. it wont be sudden, i waited a hour and then went to sleep and got it by the time i woke up this morning. then just enter your new password and you should be able to get on on your ps3

FML. Tried in chrome and ff and it does this when the pop up to sign in comes up

Damnit. Thats the page you access to reset the password. No wonder it isnt working on PSN. Im more pissed about this than the network outage itself.

I did go to the website and they said they would sent me an email that could take up to 24 hours. I just wanted to play so I made a temporary new name.

I was never prompted to change my pw on my ps3.

Yeah, I know. I just didn't want to wait any longer so I made a new one up for the day.

All I had to was turn on my ps3, sign in, it prompted me to change my pw, reset my pw, and continued to play online. I haven't, thankfully, had any trouble so far.

i finally got mine to go to the pword reset screen and reset it... it all seems fine now...

LOL @ this whole situation.

Reading about how basically once they got the servers up and posted about it they got flooded with traffic and because only certain servers were up the whole thing went crashing down again thanks to everyone getting routed to the up servers.

This whole situation is a joke.

and Im still getting the error code through the PS3

Back on...everything seems all back to normal. Deleted all my billing information and reset my PW.

Game on. Killzone 3 in 3D is quite nice!
