Yes, I actually found the answer in the game manual. If you talk to the person you buy the house from you'll see an option to buy things for your home.

I've been selling the ones I acquire. I figure if there is an important part of the game where I need them, there is infinite dragons so I'd just spend an entire day searching for those fuckers.

I'm with you there Rylo. Today was the 2nd dragon I killed and I think it was because it was glitching and would land and just stand there for about a minute allowing me to pound it with arrows.I give rep not thanks

Doing some of the college quests. I let one of the other students test a spell on me and it turned me green. Fair enough. I take a look at myself to see how I look in green... and realize I have an arrow through my head from my last battle. Goes in my left cheek and sticks out the base of my mohawk. Apparently I'm a tougher bastard than I thought...
Edit - when I get close to a wall or another character, my character disappears and the arrow just floats there.
Edit Version 2.0 - getting a kill animation with the arrow in my skull looks totally badass.Comment

Getting your Illusion to 100 is not as much as an exploit as the Speech. Its just having the right spell at the right time after a certain mission. Details below. The Speech Boosting prolly will be patched the week after Thanksgiving. Since these two Skills are skills that aren't really overpowering in the game, I didn't mind doing it. Its not like I talk someone to death.
100 Illusion
1) Get a decent level of Magika (probably no more than 100 needed). Train Illusion to level 25 on your own, and get the Novice Illusion and Apprentice Illusion spells.
2) At some point before you get to level 25 Illusion, get into the College of Winterhold.
3) Buy the Muffle spell.
4) Talk to Drevis Neloren in the College and ask for work to do.
5) Complete his really easy job, and at the end, you'll have a +100 Fortify Magicka bonus for two hours. Now comes the fun part.
6) Dual spam the hell out of Muffle to your heart's desire, your Magicka will regenerate instantly.
I got to level 100 in an hour.
