Had some time to play yesterday, between watching my two favorite sports franchises lose... At least Skyrim gave me something fun and entertaining.
Went after a dragon on a mountain peak for a bounty and managed to sneak up on it. Got to the top of the tower and it was perched on the edge, with its head sitting on the tower roof, so for a second I thought it was some giant gargoye. Decide to sneak attack it anyway and got a 6x bonus. Couldn't one-strike kill it but still cool.
Went after another dragon for the same reason. It saw me coming, flew away, landed away from me and I took it down to about 1/5 life left with a few arrows. It takes off, swoops around, and I thought it landed on the path up the mountain to the peak. But then it comes sliding up the path toward me, on the ground. Wasn't sure what to think. It still had the same amount of life left, so I loosed an arrow to take care of that. I figured it had to be some kind of game glitch, but then I saw that the ground was all torn up where it had landed and slid up the path. So it definitely crashed and slid. No idea why but that was kinda awesome.
