Played the demo.

I stink at putting but I qualified for the AM Tour if I choose to buy the game, which is pretty cool.

Qualifying for the AM Tour in the real game involves playing a one round tournament.

Demo was basically "Win the Masters on the 18th as Tiger", 5 holes to get an AM Tour pass and another hole(s) I didn't even play yet.

The Masters challenges are pretty hard. I've completed 4 or 5 and have tried about 80% of them. I haven't "mastered" any of them, though. Seems damn near impossible on some of them.

Yeah I did the first three or four (all passed no Master) the last one I completed was Jacks 4 under in three holes.

I tried the "shot heard round the world" from the Masters. NO WAY to get the ball to stop with a 3 or 5 wood from 240.

ok, lets talk shady on EA again. Im actually on the Tour now. I couldnt play in the first event because I didnt qualify. Ok I get that. I played Waialae (won) and then couldnt play the next because I have to purchase the course. This is bullshit. Dont have them added to the schedule.

was going to get baseball, but to be honest I really like Tiger this year. The caddy is a little annoying with his shot suggestions and I hit a perfect chip or pitch and its no where on the line he has suggested. I also like if its a hard shot he says "your pretty much fucked, I dont have any suggestion here. I like to call this one players choice"

I figured for chips, he ALWAYS lines you straight up, you gotta read it yourself or you're fucked. Doesn't take your lie or the lay of the green into consideration.

I imagine he's much better with a silver or gold rating on the course though.

ok, I won the Masters yesterday. those fucking greeens are all put impossible. 4 three putts. Im hooked on this. about to finish level 4 with Cleveland (although I have TaylorMade and Ping I want to go through each one) Im ranked 76-need to be 75 to complete 4th level.

I really like the game this year...currently playing on Pro with spin and boost turned off. I like being able to use putt preview, and I find that Tour Pro is just a little to unforgiving with slices and hooks. I'll probably switch to Tour Pro once my golfer gets better.

I think one of my favorite features is the ability to adjust the skill level of the AI in tournaments. I have them set at low right now, and all of the tourneys are really competitive...I have yet to win.

And just to agree with everyone else...yeah, not being able to play the first tourney is fucking retarded.

where do you adjust the AI in the tourneys. Im in round 3 of the TPC and would like it to be a little closer. Is it something you do when the tourney starts or is it at the main menu

I wish I had bought it for the 360 though. Installing this game would save the damn ps3 hole loading times. One round used to take me about 20 minutes on the 360 with the game installed. On the ps3, I'm happy to get it done in under 30.
