So no real showstoppers for Sony. We all knew about Vita so no surprise there. Uncharted 3 looked amazing, but once again that is no surprise. I'm surprised we didn't see any Lost Guardian or a mentioning of the Metal Gear HD pack.
I never played the Sly Cooper games, but that announcement will make a lot of fans happy. As for Vita, Sony finally got some sense and priced a system perfectly. For what you're getting with Vita, $250 is nothing. With that said, I still won't be getting one just because I have no interest in portable gaming past what I can get on my Android. Moving on from Vita, Move was talked about a lot surprisingly. Like portable games, I have no interest in motion gaming. A controller is good enough for me. Other than that, I think the PS 3DTV will be cool and provides a great entry into the 3D market if that's what you're looking for.
I honestly expected Sony to make a Rockstar announcement, either in regards to The Agent (which I think may be canned now since we haven't heard anything in a million years) or even GTA5. Wouldn't it be crazy if Nintendo actually got the GTA5 announcement to coincide with their new console? I know there's a zero percent chance that would happen, but you never know.
One other thing, I really liked the way Sony handled the PSN outage. They didn't just play it off with a Kevin Butler joke but they didn't spend an obnoxiously long time sucking up to us either.
