Yeah, what Garrett said. I'm not sure what you're talking about. The last I checked you could add money to your PSN "wallet" in increments up to $50.

It gives me the option to put in up to $100 at once, but it gives an error if I try to add anything more than $5 at a time. Just annoying.

I wonder if it has something to do with the credit card you're using? I've actually never tried adding any funds through my Vita, just the PS3.
