Official PS Vita Thread

My brother works at GameStop and they've had a working PS Vita on display in a locked glass case for a couple weeks now. A few days ago when they were closing the store he asked his manager if he could open it up and play it. He did and hasn't stopped raving about it ever since. He wasn't even planning on buying it until then and now he has one preordered.

Even with a decent line up of games at launch I am still having a hard time finding a game I WANT to play.

I know, i know but I already played through 3 of them.....probably beat the game in like 3 days and be done with it.....just not much lasting appeal.

As of right now I have (in my cart at Amazon)

FIFA 12
Hot Shots Golf
16GB card.

I will probably only get The Show, nothing else I really want. I still have UC3 in the wrapper for PS3, I'll open that someday.

"It has been confirmed: Super Stardust Delta is the free game, and it comes with the DLC."

that's great but will the controls be retrofitted to work with dual analog sticks. I say no for now. Maybe something they update later....probably too late.

the gamer would miss out on using the Right stick for now. I doubt I'm going to buy any PSP game, but good for those who must have certain PSP games playable on Vita. It does suck they have to rebuy the games. As for Resistance....Resistance: Burning Skies has a release date of May 29th.

I'm a huge Uncharted fan but I kind of feel the same way. I know it's only $10 but if the game was $40 I wouldn't hesitate. Knowing that it's $10 more than any other Vita game and there isn't anything but the campaign. No co-op modes at the very least?

That's kind of disappointing. I would rather have a $20 PSN card. Also, is this the game game that has been on PSN forever, just with the added DLC?

Yeah, that's the only thing I care about. And I'm guessing since it's not on that list of 275 games then they aren't. I have no interest in it unless it supports the second stick. That's the whole reason I haven't finished it.
