Actually, Garrett seems to be in the minority. Most of the peeps on CAG are saying that BB wouldn't price match either. If it is a new policy they obviously haven't instructed all their employees about it.

I think it's funny that so many people and outlets are making a big deal out of Sony allowing retailers to sell the games and accessories a week or so early. This happens with nearly every console release I can ever think of. I know for a FACT that you could buy 360 games up to two weeks before the console ever released. Same goes for the PS2. I remember a buddy buying Madden 2001 (I think) at least a week before the PS2 launched and when it did launch he couldn't get one because it was so scarce.

My response to the games coming out early is that it's nice for me since I managed to get the B2G1 deal on my day off , my Vita is being shipped on Wednesday and I don't have to drive 20 miles to Battle Creek after work .

Can I play them now? No, but I can look at them , smell them, lick them and other unmentionable things.

Well it makes quite a bit of sense to sell all of this stuff early anyways given that the first edition bundle came out last week. I highly doubt anyone wants to sit around and play Little Deviants for 5 minutes let alone a week.

Want to take advantage of Amazon deal but I can't pick a 3rd game.....barely picked my 2nd game (Rayman Origins). I'm thinking of picking up a game and taking it to Target and getting store credit, so I can pick up MLB 12 The Show on Vita.

edit: Picked up Fifa, Rayman, and Hot Shots...planning to return Hot Shots and get store credit.

I agree....the show we know will be a good game. I don't see 3 games worth buying IMO. I will probably download super stardust and the alien invasion game.... And wait for the show to drop. I probably won't pick up a vita till then unless bestbuy does a gift card this week.

I'm going to hold onto my Uncharted and see if BB will trade it for The Show next week and give me back $10 of course.

The Show comes out in 2 weeks. If the don't let you...like I said, Target will take it. They allow people to return products w/o a receipt 3x in a 12 month period for store credit. Is it taking advantage of the system? Yes it is.
