Holy crap, have you guys seen real gold mode on Hot Shots? Its in the Gold rank challenges. You can;t move the camera to preview your shot. You can;t see the wind. You can't see the grain of the green.

You can;t see anything. You have to use the player throwing the grass up to check the wind, and you can check the green just a little by the ball lie indicator in the bottom right.

I thought it was going to be impossible, and I ended up beating it on the first try...lol,,the most luck I've had in the entire game happaned during my round. If I didn't get all the luck, this would have taken me forever to beat. Had hole in one, and two eagles all total luck. The course is layed out a little easier, so at least that helps. Some of these course and challenges in the gold ranks are really difficult. Bunker and rough penalties with tight courses can be total hell.

Just picked up Unit 13. Gamestop has it on sale for 29.99 this week.

I finally finished with hot shots. Unlocked all the challenges, beat them, and got all the characters. I guess there is one more challenge to unlock to get all the crowns from each tournament, but I'm not going back and doing that. Now it's on to more MLB the show and Unit 13. I honestly like playing the Show better on the vita then the ps3 for some reason.

I never get into Road to the Show so maybe I will start one and see how it is. Probably will start a season.

I'm really liking the setup and the breakdown of missions in Unit 13. Between that and the Show I can honestly be playing those two games for awhile.

The only thing I don't like about it (and this could be on Vita or PS3) is that when you only do the hitting situations like I do the games go by in the blink of an eye and it takes about 30 seconds to load each game and around 20 to exit the game so you feel like you spend a lot of time waiting around.

Ya I don't know if I'm going to do one or not, I've actually never really played that mode much. I can't really get into the create a player modes much on sports games.

Right now I'm just playing random exhbition games to get the feel of the game and trying out different teams. I will probably start a season real soon.

I'm with you on that jms. Took me a year and a half to finally get that batting average above .200

I'm still doing random exhibition games. Trying to settle on a team to start a season with. But then I start playing Unit 13 and that starts sucking me in. Love the stealthiness of Unit 13 and the small mission breakdowns. Great game.
