Is there a quicker way to set a waypoint or set it to one of the mission icons with a button or do I need to always press start?
So far, it's just been waypoint setting on the map.
I'll say that the GPS has never let me down every time I've wanted to go somewhere and every side mission I've done has always given me an auto-path to take to get to the objective.
That it's not as cluttered as let's say, GTA: San Andreas is a blessing.

...speaking of which, since I've stuck to doing Franklin missions:
-I blame my lack of imagination in doing some wild shit on playing SRIII and SRIV, getting it out of my system.
When I'm playing as Franklin or Michael, I think that for all the horrible shit they get up to, they would lose their fucking minds over some dumbass wearing purple like it was 1992 all over again.
GTA V's (at least for Franklin) feels like Rockstar took the Ghetto Fantasy of repping your set and waving flags and turned it on it's ear.
It's 2013 and the only people still slanging either killed the community for good or are being hunted by national law enforcement for doing some truly heinous shit.
-Another way of looking at it is Franklin sees all the small-time bullshit that Lamar and Stretch get up to as just that, small time.
It's not stealing jetpacks from Area 69 or running a casino but I think Frankline would rather rob Fort Knox than another liquor store.
Can I get in cab to go to a mission/waypoint instead of driving?
Every character (other than Chop), should have a taxi cab number to call if you don't feel like driving.
The driver doesn't talk to you like Roman's driver did in GTA IV though but the rates are better if you plan to skip all the way to your objective in a jiffy.
