I'm still not sure what the hell it is, but GTA has some sort of tournament/competition thing you can try to earn a spot in. You qualify with the score you get in a playlist they designed.

I did a playlist with my friends last night called "Rage Inducing Races" or something like that. After 3 hours and only completing 5 races, we decided to call it quits. That stuff was ridiculous

Most nights for now, today I have a buddy coming over, and I have an ounce of TrainWreck, gonna get stoned and play Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze co-op from start to end, and Tuesdays I have class til 10ish est, the rest of the nights just gotta shoot me a PM and remind me to jump on lol
