where is majority going with in pitching, batting and fielding??

.....i dont have motion but heard nothing positive about it anyway

i am liking the analog but i am going to suck for very long time that way;

but it would be easier to back to classic (icon)......

just getting a feel of where MFers are on this

use what u like best. with pitching people will use meter or analog. Only operation sports fags use classic pitching....and maybe dave

for hitting...some people like analog hitting and some like zone. i dont anyone who uses timing hitting which is the easiest.

fielding...i think most people use buttons over analog

I got a kick out of analog hitting last night. Might work with it some more to see how it goes.

Analog pitching was a nightmare for control, I hate that shit. Never again.

i prefer the meter for pitching, the pulse pitching makes me feel like I am going to have a seizure. I like the spray paint hitting, just wish I couldn't see the icon. I know where it is, I don't need to see it.

Thought for sure they had that circle system closing on for a pitch a few years ago.

I like the Vet hitting/HOF pitching combo. Pete and I had much better hit results even though he flied out a lot, and no HR's were hit. I felt much more comfy at the plate, and there was more hit variety.

edit: I didn't like that no HR's were hit, but our previous game vet/vet was all HR's which was stupid.

I like trying new things so I've been using Pulse Pitching. It's rewarding at times and maddening at others. I like it because it makes it harder to just pound the corners. And if you're serious about hitting you gotta do zone/analog.

- Pitching is pretty even throughout since people are still giving pulse a shot. I like analog myself. I found it easy to adapt to since it's similar to the Tiger Woods stick motion I've been using for five years. A lot of people still roll with the meter but from what I hear there are some lag issues when pitching from the stretch.

- Hitting is probably 75/25 zone/analog. Analog is pretty unforgiving, especially online.

- NOBODY uses analog fielding, unless they enjoy never knowing where the throw will go.

I only play offline and my fielding is analog BUT it's on the easiest or veteran setting...can't remember and this is for '11.

i'm not wasting time trying odd junk...I do the pulse pitching with the x button and I hit with the buttons. I only bother with analog when it comes to hockey
