Open Total Media Extreme while you have your PVR plugged in. You'll see that it is displaying what is on your xbox. Maximize TME and open up XSplit. In xsplit click on Add--->Screen Region. Outline the video of your xbox. Then in the xsplit preview window drag the video so it fully covers the black box.
(you should also set your scale viewpoint to 20% so it uses less CPU power...this will have no effect on your actual stream)Comment

I see what you're saying now, and figured it out. However, I'm still dropping frames. It's better, but I still end up dropping them. So I'm guessing it's the computer. But the stream has worked perfectly fine sometimes.Comment

Its your upload mbps....if it is not that great and variable it will affect the stream. Very annoying...my best stream are usually late at nite.Comment
