Finished Metal Gear Rising. I really enjoyed it, I knew it was brief going into it so that didn't bother me. I liked how it tied in other games and made references to the characters. Obviously Raiden was awesome and we got more of him but having Sunny show up was pretty awesome as well. Now onto Ground Zeroes and Peace Walker after that.

Decided to jump back into Hotline Miami and go for the platinum (playing on the Vita)


Cleaned up several misc trophies yesterday/today


Only need a few more A+ levels and the Ground Kill trophy.

I beat Far Cry 3 and Bioshock Infinite over the weekend. Started playing Dishonored and am almost done that as well.

Far Cry 3 and Bioshock are great games. Dishonored is decent. My review shortly.

Dude, you gotta beat Far Cry 3. Awesome, awesome game. It took me over 25 hours as well.

I finally finished the main campaign in Borderlands 2 on 360 last night. Damn, that game is long. I believe once the credits were over a message popped up saying that I had only completed 41/45 side quests. I checked and double checked my mission log and the only side mission and I have completed is beating Terramorphous. Fuck that shit for the time being. I've only done one round each in each of the Circle of Slaughter arenas too. There are only two, correct? If there were three plus Terramorphous that would make sense then. The only two I can think of are the one in The Fridge and the one in Eridium Blight.

I also tried unsuccessfully to locate Donkey Mong and also get the 'Goliath Meet David' cheevo. I tried countless times in the Sawtooth Cauldron (I think it's called) which is loaded with Goliaths. There are so many enemies there but they would always seem to kill the Goliath just before he reached his last form. So frustrating.

Well, on to the DLC!

Florida's owners were so ruthless to me the whole time lol.

I finished the Captain Scarlett and her Pirate Booty Borderlands 2 DLC yesterday. It was solid and entertaining but boy was the loot pathetic. Also, wtf is up with the level scaling? With Borderlands 1 DLC, it scaled very well. I think I finished the main game at around 36? When I started the zombie DLC all of the enemies were in the mid 30's and I gained a few levels completing that DLC. I maybe gained a half a level in the pirate DLC. I finished the main game at around 34 1/2 and barely eclipsed 35 when I finished. Ridiculous. All of the enemies were 29-32 I think. I started the Torgue DLC and so far the enemies are around level 32. Wtf is up with this shit? I'm never going to come close to even level 50 at this rate. I'm guessing they expect you to play on TVHM but from what I understand that is complete and utter bullshit playing solo. You apparently die in just a few hits. Fuck that.

Finally, the ending boss fight could've been a lot better.
