OK, NBA 2k14 for PS4 is still really awesome. Hadn't played it for a couple weeks and put it in the system yesterday, 5 hours later I was happy with my PS4 purchase.

While I would agree from the gameplay standpoint, in a game NBA 2k14 is great. Everything outside of the gameplay though is a disaster IMO. Online has been a mess of bad connectivity which not only prevents you from playing online but also happens to prevent you from playing modes like MyCareer or MyGM offline and being able to save. MyGM mode is buggy. Crashes are frequent. MyCareer mode occasionally just forgets all your progress. And then theres the VC debacle.

2k14 was the first game I traded in. It was a pile of shit. I expect the 2k team will get it righted for next year, but they should be ashamed of this offering. Quite possibly the worst launch sports game ever and that is saying quite a bit.

I haven't had any issues either. Granted all I've been playing is My Career (every game and I'm in March already with no issues). I never play basketball or baseball games online though.

I'm with you. I'm sort of anti-online for bball and baseball. (really hope MLB The Show changes my mind on that)
