I guess the 1% nuclear submarine man will have to visit a friend for an hour. I'm assuming they had this feature on the console and simply didn't want to spend the hundreds of man hours reversing everything. Quite possible it only applies to launch consoles.Comment

You'll own the game though, there will just be an "extended gameplay" feature for those with an internet connection. Very doubtful this all happens, but it's something I would consider if I'm MS.Comment

From how I understand it you can't play Forza 5 at all without an internet update.
"Greenawalt added that the download is required content to run the title.... Xbox One owners can begin playing the game while parts of it are still being downloaded."
Games you literally can't play if you don't have internet.Comment

How does that even remotely sound like a good idea? That's about 1000 times worse than companies like Capcom locking away "DLC" on a disc. Now you're telling me it would be a smart move to lock away actual core content that only people with constant connections can access?!?Comment
