I don't see why established Twitch streamers should feel threatened. The next gen consoles probably won't be able to get near the quality that you could with a dedicated machine capturing and/or streaming gameplay. Not to mention that they'll only be able to capture up to 15 minutes at a time.

The next gen machines could build in whatever they want. And PS4/XB1 both live stream to twitch... more than 15 minutes.

There's a limit to the quality they'll be able to stream while simultaneously running a game though (either locked-in by Sony/MS or based on how much resources a game requires). Granted, there's probably a lot of room for optimization left for that stuff on the consoles.
