yea, i too new something new to play, i only have 2k9, GTA 4, and DC vs MK, got DC vs MK last for my birthday in November, and havent gotten a new game since then.

The retail version poops all over the demo. The demo was too linear and straight forward.
The retail version is wide open.

:applause: Thats real good. I just had BB match Fry's 52.99 minus $10 Reward Zone Bucks...came out to be around $45 (with taxes). One guy on CAGS got it from GF for $13-16 bucks. One thing I do like about GF is if you are lucky to get a new release on release day you can easilty get it for $50-52 not including any coupons or ongoing discounts.

It was a waste of money. I'm curious how JMS was able to save those coupons up though? I thought they expired after three months or something? I was never able to combine coups.

I just watched the Gamespot video review of this game on my phone. The dude had a ton of praise. The only negative things he had to say were about some of the graphics and the fact that sometimes the character sticks to things that you don't want him to. Even he said the negatives were pretty nitpicky and didn't detract from the game at all. He also concluded by saying that the story takes about 30 hours on your first play through, which seem pretty dead on for me.
And considering that there are two distinct story lines this game is well worth $60.

And Ryne, you are on my friends list, right? I could've sworn you were but I don't recall ever seeing you on?

It depends when you signed up I think and also Feb was a short month, so this would be the only time to double up on coupons based on when you signed up. I get billed every 24th of the month. I had a $5 coupon that expired the 27th but a new $5 coupon was available on the 25th, so I used both on the 27th to get Bourne (PS3) for $5.

As far as saving $15....he just used his discount for being a member for over a year, a $5 coupon for being a member for an additional 3 months, and a $10 coupon that was good a couple of days before/after Memorial Day for any game $30 or more. I've only bought two games from GF....both for the PS3....LBP & Bourne.

As far as "friends," never been on your PS3 friends list. I only have Casino, Virix, and GatorGuy (who I still don't know who he is now on VSN, if he is even here). I still have Live but I haven't played online really with any MM guys since Saints Row came out.

edit: I don't see how somone got it for less than $20, even trade in credits goes towards membership not credit to buy games.

How long is this game (side quests included?)

I've mentioned it a few times. It's apparently around 30 hours. Then factor in the fact that you will probably want to play through twice to see both the 'good' and 'evil' story lines and you're looking at 60 hours. Pretty damn sweet.

yea, i was messing around with that in the demo, got struck by a train and flopped bigger then Manu, lol

in the actual game, is there some kind of targeting system? cause i always get shot and have no idea where the bullets are flying from unless i see their marks

i think alot of people think these games are going to move mountains.........game is fun and the story is intriguing.........i am having fun with my PS3!!
