dont know when my mom gets her check, but i'm still gonna wait for Prototype first, cause i heard of that one first, but maybe i could convince her to get me both.

played the demo before i left for school again, i love killing people in water, either in the alley or in the huge pond thing. the people who take pictures are annoying, so i blast them with the shock wave thingy. one other reason i want to get the game is becasue of the thunder thing you can use near the end of the demo, caused a shit load of destruction.

Damn don't tell me that! I was on the fence with this game until I played the demo which I thought was crap.. and I felt pretty happy leaving this title behind. Now I'll have to rent it.

The wife is playing through the game right now. I think this might be the first time she has ever used her PS3 for anything besides movies. She started playing yesterday. She turned it back on this morning around 8am and is still playing it now. LOL.

I didn't think any game could tear her away from CoD4.

My wife just finished the game a few minutes ago as the 'good' Cole. Right after the credits were finished she started over and is going to play through as 'evil'. This is someone who is a hardcore online FPS player. She use to play Halo 2 and 3 and plays CoD4 like it's her job.

I'm kind of salty because I wanted to play through as evil now. Damn, I guess I'll have to wait.


I am disappointed on Playstation: The Official Magazine. I read their review yesterday. They gave it 4/5 stars which is fine. Personally I think it deserves 4.5 stars, but to each his own. The thing that irked me was that the guys said that completing all of the side missions and such will net you 12-15 hours of game play? WTF game did you play? It took me 30 hours easily! Coupled with a second play through you're talking about a ridiculously long game.

I just thought it was pretty irresponsible on their part to report bogus information like that, especially since they are the OFFICIAL magazine and this is an exclusive game to the platform.

i love this game, although i kept getting killed very easily, going out and saving people, next thing i know a yellow/orange spider thing attacks me, lol

the reapers or whatever with the bazookas i hate the most, its like 2 hits your dead, the mission with the bus... god i must have done that over about a dozen times
