The focus was not only on the fact Fulham grabbed a point in Holland, but that their top scorer, Lam Matteo, could be injured for a longer amount of time than originally thought.

Yikes. Matteo left at the stroke of half-time after appering to have a considerable limp - clutching his right hamstring while he winced in pain. There appeared to be no contact that could have resulted in the injury - which could mean this is more serious than we thought. He is likely to miss the match against Hull City this coming weekend, luckily there is a week off for the Cottagers as 2nd leg play for the Premiership Cup, in which Fulham have qualified to the 2nd round already, is the week after.

Rough comeback. Matteo was in the game for 45 minutes, and while he looked a bit faster - he's shooting was off the mark. I think a full game of chances is going to be a real test for him next week when Fulham face Valencia for the second time this year.

Blown opportunities. Matteo had his chances in this match, pretty much all his shots - except for his short volleys - were off target. "I'm a bit rusty still. But that is no excuse to not being able to at least find the frame". The loss was a heart-breaking one as Fulham are now eliminated from qualifying for the Uefa Champions League.
