    They Play Defense Too!

Ben Francisco makes the diving catch in the top of the ninth.

AP - Cleveland, OH - After turning in one of the most productive offensive performances a night before. The Indians out did themselves with a defensive gem. This one was a SportsCenter highlight top 10 of it's own.

The Indians did all they could on the defensive side of the ball to bring in Aaron Laffey's tenth win of the season. :Laffey becomes the fourth Indians pitcher to hit double digit wins, this season. That coupled with his 100th strike out of the season and this Indians starting rotation is looking deadly.

"I was on the verge of being out the door". Said Laffey, referring to his early season struggles in a stint where he went 0-3 in four starts, the other decision was also a loss for the Indians. "They told me to up my game. And I did. I deliver consistently every night."

Laffey has delivered consistency. For every two wins, he turns a loss. As long as he remains in the positive, that's OK for manager Eric Wedge. "Aaron is doing a great job for us. We have a starter. Weather it's for closing out, or maintaining, or winning a series. Aaron can bring you all that."
